Driver gets 92 mph ticket, leaves stop accelerating to 142 mph

Apparently one ticket was not enough for a driver in Nebraska who was pulled over for speeding 92 in a 75 mph zone last Saturday. According to the Lincoln County Nebraska Sheriff’s Office, after being ticketed and let go for her speeding violation Chauntl Wilson rapidly accelerated away from officers. She was subsequently clocked on a radar gun going 142 mph, which caused police to pursue her. Wilson was eventually pulled over and charged with willful reckless driving. She also had a small amount of marijuana according to the police, which could result in further charges. The Law Offices of Steven J Pisani specialize in DUI, traffic, and criminal defense.
